Various flags
I collaged these cute little ones, for a website I am working on.
I've recently discovered I like making websites that have a lot of hand crafted elements.
I think it is a nice balance of mediums.
Anyways, here they are:
In order of appearance:
Trinidad and Tobago, Jamaica, Guyana, Texas, St. Lucia, Dominica, St. Kitts, Puerto Rico, USA, Venezuela, Dominican Republic.
Ok, over and out.

Music: My Gift, My Curse

This piece will be photocopied so I had to work exclusively in Grayscale. I barely ever work only in black and white, but this was a fun, more relaxed experience.

Mas Neruda

Translation: "And the measure of my love for you is that I don't see you but love you like a blind man."
And me, just trying to not overthink things.
Saludos a Melissa, Albith, Yaguas y cualquiera mas que visite el blog.

Thesis

A series of illustrations I'm doing on Pablo Neruda's Sonnets.
This is a fragment of sonnet 66. Yes, they are in spanish, but here's the translation:
"And I go from loving to not loving you, from waiting to not waiting for you, my heart passes from cold to fire"

Latest Collage

I was missing Puerto Rico so I did this collage. This is my latest collage for Alain Corbel's Class. The flowers here are called Flor de Maga, P.R.'s national flower.
